They said they could not do anything b/c Roku was no longer supporting the Spectrum App. Your router or your internet provider are usually the culprit. The easiest fix, and the 1 that commonly works the best, is to simply plough off your router, wait a few seconds, then turn information technology on once more. It sounds also uncomplicated but it works. I am very frustrated b/c I bought 3 Roku's (one for each TV) and subsequently one for my mom before I learned that Roku was not continuing w/ the Spectrum app, which if I would have known, I would have never bought the Roku's in the first place. While I have enjoyed them (up until this point), I am frustrated that no one seems to be able to help me find a solution, and I can't reach anyone at Roku to say as a continuing customer to please reconsider this action.īoth companies are playing the blame game, and bottom line is that I am a repeated customer who is stuck. I would really like to talk to someone from ROKU, but am disappointed that they aren't offering technical support.
